Reps are not being counted
Nine times out of ten this is framing. Put the phone about two metres away, lens on you, with your whole body in shot — Rep Battle will not start its countdown until it is. Even, indirect light works best: strong backlight from a window behind you flattens your silhouette and makes pose detection harder. Wear clothing that contrasts with your floor.
A rep was rejected
That is usually the detector doing its job. Push-ups need full range, and moving only your forearm or sliding your hand does not count. Slow push-ups want at least 1.2 seconds down and 0.8 seconds up, measured separately — the on-screen message tells you which phase was too fast.
Duel matchmaking is taking a long time
Duels need an internet connection and a Game Center account signed in on your device. At quiet hours there may be fewer players searching, and the wait gets longer. If matchmaking never completes, check that Game Center is signed in under Settings.
Premium is not unlocking
Tap Restore Purchases on the paywall screen. Subscriptions are tied to the Apple ID that bought them, so make sure you are signed in with the same one. If it still does not unlock, write to us with the date of purchase.
Deleting your data
Settings contains a delete-all-data action that clears everything on the device and in your iCloud backup. It cannot be undone.
