iPhone · Live 1v1

60 seconds against someone you've never met.

Game Center finds you a real opponent at your level, wherever they are. Same clock, same exercise, and the camera only counts the clean reps.

Three steps. No setup.

  1. 01

    Prop your phone

About two metres back, lens on you. Rep Battle won't start until your whole body is in frame and steady.

  2. 02

    Start moving

Apple Vision reads your pose on-device, frame by frame. No watch, no band, no sensor to charge.

  3. 03

    Watch it drop

Each rep that passes lands as damage. Cut the range short and the monster keeps its health.

1v1, live, remote

Someone is doing push-ups against you right now.

Game Center matches you with a real opponent, wherever they are. Same clock, same exercise, both counters climbing. They see every rep you land, and you see theirs.

Weekly ranking

Win. Score. Climb.

Every duel you win adds points to the global weekly ranking, kept by Game Center. New week, fresh board, same question: how far up can you get before it resets?

This week

Resets in 4d 10h

  • 1leo_ferrer14 wins · 2 draws44
  • 2mika.dv13 wins · 1 draw40
  • 3TITAN_ana11 wins · 4 draws37
  • 4dani_749 wins · 3 draws30
  • 5kai.mvp8 wins · 2 draws26

Board shown for illustration. Rep Battle is new — the real one starts with whoever plays this week.

  • Three points for a win, one for a draw, nothing for a loss
  • Game Center keeps the board — there is no account of ours to create
  • It resets every week, so one bad Monday does not follow you around

Challenges

Your push-ups steer the bird.

NewFlight

Flight turns a push-up into an arcade run. The front camera follows your face and a hummingbird follows it: sink into the push-up to dive, press up to climb, and thread it through the pipes. Touch one and the run is over — your record is how long you stayed in the air.

Are your record
  • Phone on the floor in front of you, at head height — nothing to set up
  • Each pipe arrives a little faster than the last
  • Hands stay on the floor: stand up or lift them and the run stops without a record
Flight in the app: a hummingbird flying between pipes, with the time in the air and the pipes cleared

Two more ways to test your push-ups

Pyramid in the app: the first two sets done and the high plank holding before set 3

Pyramid

Sets climb one rep at a time to the peak and come back down, with a high plank between sets. You pick the peak and how long the plank lasts.

Cadence in the app: the next cue and the four-second rhythm on screen

Cadence

Down, up, hold: a cue every four seconds, called out loud, and each push-up has to land on time. Two misses in a row ends the attempt.

All three challenges are part of Premium. The rules and the cue demo are open to everyone.

Adventure

30 rivals. Nobody hands you the boss.

Work through the campaign one creature at a time. Some fights are a single exercise; bosses can run in phases and change the exercise on you, so you never know what the last round asks for.

  • Every rival is sized against your own strength, not a generic table
  • A fight can be one exercise or several across phases
  • The full campaign unlocks with Premium — the first world is free, boss included

Exercises and progress

Everything you do earns XP.

Five movements, and only clean reps count: push-ups, slow push-ups, squats, isometric squats and jumping jacks. Every rep is XP, and every session lands in Results.

Questions worth asking

How does it count my reps?

The camera watches you and counts. Go halfway down and the rep doesn't count, so there's no cheating your way to a win.

How does a 1v1 duel work?

You get matched with someone at your level and you both go for 60 seconds. Whoever does more reps wins and climbs the weekly ranking.

Do I need an account? Does my video get uploaded?

No account, and no. Your video stays on your phone — nobody sees it, not even us.

What do I need to start?

An iPhone on iOS 17.2 or newer and room to prop it up a couple of metres away. There is no Android version.

What's free and what's Premium?

Free: the five exercises, the whole first world and duels up to level 3. Premium opens everything else.
