End User Licence Agreement
Last updated: 2 August 2026
Scope
This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for Rep Battle or its content. If you received Rep Battle through the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies, and where the two conflict on a point Apple requires, Apple’s terms prevail.
Licence granted
You are granted a non-transferable licence to use Rep Battle on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service, including through Family Sharing where applicable.
Restrictions
You may not distribute or make Rep Battle available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at once. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works of the app, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Maintenance and support
We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for Rep Battle. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services.
Warranty
In the event of any failure of Rep Battle to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to Rep Battle. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility.
Product claims
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to Rep Battle, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
Intellectual property claims
In the event of a third-party claim that Rep Battle infringes that party’s intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
Legal compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Third-party beneficiary
Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement. Upon your acceptance, Apple has the right — and is deemed to have accepted the right — to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
